Neverclosed SMS Notifications sends account and activity alerts from Neverclosed to Neverclosed's own paying account holders (business owners). Every message goes to the account owner's own mobile number, which the owner provides at signup. Messages include new-lead alerts, booking notifications, weekly usage summaries, and account/billing notices for the owner's own Neverclosed account. This program is strictly first-party: Neverclosed does not text end-consumers and is not an ISV/platform sending on behalf of others.
Message frequency varies based on your Neverclosed account activity. No recurring marketing messages are sent under this program.
